Data Deletion Instructions — Sori Tour CRM

You can request deletion of all data we hold about you (your Messenger, Instagram or WhatsApp messages, profile information and any contact details stored in our CRM) at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to valeriadon111ava@gmail.com from the address associated with your enquiry, or message us with the word "DELETE".
2. Include your account username/handle so we can locate your conversation.
3. We will permanently delete your data within 30 days and confirm by reply.

If you only want to revoke the app's access to your account, open the platform settings (e.g. Instagram → Settings → Apps and Websites, or Facebook → Settings → Business Integrations) and remove "Sori Tour CRM". This stops any further data processing.
